We are just 24 hours removed from backlash and WWE is already promoting their next PPV known as Money in the Bank. Speaking of Money In the Bank, the first set of qualifying matches are set to take place tonight on RAW. WWE posted the following teaser for the MITB qualifying matches:
Who will qualify for Money in the Bank?
Speaking of the future, with WWE Backlash in the books, the focus shifts to the WWE Money in the Bank pay-per-view on June 17, an event where select male and female Superstars will have an opportunity to capture a world title contract to be cashed in any time they wish in the coming year.
The Miz has already announced he will be in a Qualifying Match Tuesday night on Smackdown LIVE. Will tonight’s Raw see the first Superstars qualify for the Men’s and Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Matches?
As seen during last night’s WWE Backlash PPV Event, Daniel Bryan defeated Big Cass in their match but was brutally attacked after the match ended. WWE has yet to announce a storyline injury update on Daniel Bryan following WWE Backlash and the attack he received from Big Cass that kept him off the Backlash Post Show. Renee Young did note however that Bryan was pulled from the post-show due to the injuries suffered in the attack.
